Integrated Body & Mind Practice · For Adults

The First Step to Sāmya

Sāmya — Balance

Over 7 weeks, you're taken through combinations of prāṇāyāma (breath work), movement through yoga āsanas and dance, sound exercises, writing, and other somatic techniques — all as ways to experience balance in the body and mind. This is an active, embodied practice, not seated eyes-closed meditation.

The program doesn't promise that you'll be "balanced" at the end of seven weeks. Rather, it's a beginning: we recommend staying with the practice for at least six months to a year, so you can come to understand what balance feels like for you, individually.

No prior experience in dance, singing, or yoga is needed to sign up — and experienced practitioners are just as welcome.

Ganesha Time with Abhinayam

Abhinayam — Expression with movement

A 7-week wholistic cultural experience for children. Stories of Ganesha are enacted through movement, woven together with an introduction to slokas and Carnatic music — a joyful first doorway into Bharatanatyam, prayer, and rhythm.

The program introduces Bharatanatyam, prayer through slokas, and Carnatic music. For the music, each week points to Ganesha songs that parents can look up on social media and play for their children at their own time — so learning continues gently beyond the screen.
